PRE-PRODUCTION
This is the most important aspect of a part's production life. The Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) processes are expertly carried out by our incredibly experienced and talented Engineering Teams. Each part is digitally broken down into its constituent features so that a thorough risk assessment (PFMEA) and control plan can be created, ensuring parts are conforming from the first chips of swarf.
FACTORY PLANNING
We don't leave our delivery promises up to chance, which is why McBraida has developed and deployed its own state-of-the-art planning system across its factories. Scheduling information and metrics are automatically updated, meaning both the manufacturing sequence and factory performance are readily available to everyone.
MANUFACTURING
Manufacturing data is collected throughout a part's production life, which is used both to verify part conformance and to optimise manufacturing processes.
Statistical process control (SPC), automated part loading and in-process verification are a few of the digital tools that our factories employ in order to deliver world-class parts when they're required.
