Production Manager – Bristol

McBraida Plc are recruiting a Production Manager to align resources (people and equipment) and inspire the workforce to create a culture of process control and manufacturing excellence. This is an exciting opportunity where you will lay the foundations to enable the Company to implement its long-term business and manufacturing strategies.

 

Constant support will be available from a varied and experienced Senior Management Team to ensure that you have the direction and information to excel in this role.

The Job

You will ensure that the factory runs smoothly, and that the people and equipment available to you are utilised effectively. You will report to the Group Production Manager and work with the rest of the production leadership team to develop processes and metrics, and ensure that they’re understood and adhered to.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage the performance of the factory

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and achieving targets

  • Work with members of the management team to create / refine processes

  • Ensure that resource is properly allocated to the areas where it’s required

  • Keep production facility equipment in excellent working order (TPM and 5S)

  • Mitigate delivery risks once they have been identified

  • Ensure compliance to the Business Management System (BMS)

Marketing Analyst– Bristol

Are you ready for the challenge of driving strategic business development across the global aerospace, industrial and defence industries ?

 

McBraida Plc are recruiting a Marketing Analyst to undertake research and development of potential new Customers and markets in the UK, US and Europe and to provide leads and contacts and support sales activity as required.

This is an exciting opportunity where you will support the Commercial team to identify and execute strategies to achieve its long-term business objectives.

 

Support will be available to ensure that you have the direction and information to excel in this role.

 

The Job

 

You will report to the Group Sales and Commercial Director and work with the rest of the Commercial team in the UK and Poland to identify and develop strategies to ensure the demanding growth plans for the business are achieved. As well as researching and communicating with current and potential customers there will be projects to ensure that all pre-requisites are in place to deliver into new customers, which will mean exposure and liaison with all business functions.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Research and development of potential new Customers and markets in UK and Europe, provide leads and contacts and support sales activity as required

  • Research and update of new developments in aerospace and defence (build rates, technology, programmes)

  • Research and evaluate competitor activity, marketing and digital content

  • Analyse and create plans for engaging the target market and/or customer

  • Measure and report on key sales and commercial KPI’s

  • Maintain and improve web site, including Company presentation material and company branding and work with the team on general communications, as appropriate
