McBraida Group is an established Tier 1 strategic supplier employing 250 people for complex, high quality precision machined aeroengine parts to OEMs RR, P&W and their partners in the UK and international aerospace market.

Established in 1954, the company headquarters sit on the eastern fringe of Bristol, England. A comprehensive high technology machining facility for parts up to 450mm cube is complemented by management of strategic alliances which form a strong external supply chain. McBraida also have a second production facility adjacent to Rzeszow International Airport in Poland. The plant is equipped with the latest generation Mori-Seiki machine tools and supporting equipment. It has received AS9100 rev C accreditation and holds a licence from the Ministry of Home Affairs and Administration for the trading of military parts.

Operating as a design for manufacture consultancy as well as a world class machining house the company can take parts from initial design concept through development manufacture and on into volume production.

Both facilities in UK and Poland are AS9100 rev D approved and capable of CNC turning/horizontal and vertical milling/ 5 axis and grinding , also NADCAP for specific in house non-conventional machining capabilities and processes. McBraida’s goal is to be the cost efficient supplier of choice for aeroengine parts to the large and medium civil engine manufacturers, as well as industrial power and military engines.

McBraida offers a Class -leading Technical Problem Solving manufacturing service spanning all phases of the product life cycle, together with our Quality at Point of Production programme, significantly reducing final inspection defines our approach to a Zero Defects supply chain target. A continuous improvement strategy enables McBraida to optimise machine programming defined around cutting tool capability to gain maximum efficiency of value add manufacturing at lowest cost.
